The entry of the above boat is conditional on acceptance of the following by the Owner/ competitor racing the boat: The race organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, death or personal injury howsoever caused to the owner/ competitor, his skipper or crew as a result of their taking part in any race. Moreover, every owner/ competitor warrants the suitability of his boat for the race or races. The provision of safety equipment and boats by Parkstone/ Poole Yacht Club is neither a guarantee that assistance can be rendered to any competitor in need, nor an acceptance of any responsibility for rescue of competitors. Further, in the event that assistance is rendered to any competitor, no Liability for any loss, damage or injury to the competitor and or the boat and its equipment is accepted by either the Club or the Crew of such rescue craft. The attention of all entrants is drawn to R.R.S. Fundamental Rules 1 to 4. Insurance will be maintained at all times on the above boat to a minimum third party liability of £2,000,000. At all times, the above boat will comply with all Class Rules including Buoyancy and safety provisions. I CERTIFY THAT I AM 18 YEARS OR MORE IN AGE AND I WILL NOT PERMIT ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS TO HAVE COMMAND OF THE BOAT UNLESS PARAGRAPH 7 OF THIS FORM IS COUNTER SIGNED AND THAT SUCH FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND RETURNED AT THE CLUB OFFICE.
