Asymmetric open fleet for Poole Harbour
Parkstone and Poole Yacht Clubs are pleased to announce the 3rd year of a joint Asymmetric racing fleet for 2008. The fleet is an open class for all high performance asymmetric dinghies rated at the PY of a 29'er (924) or faster. 
2008 Racing will be split between the two clubs with Saturday afternoon racing organised by Parkstone YC and Monday and Thursday evening racing organised by Poole YC. We are also pleased to announce the 2nd year running of the Parkstone YC Bay Race for the POWERMANN Trophy and a £100 Quay West Chandlers Gift Voucher. To be raced on Sunday 20th July starting from the Parkstone Starting Platform. The Parkstone fleet curently stands at 4 49ers, 2 29ers, a B14, a Cherub, an RS600, and RS800 and a Musto Skiff. More boats are very welcome - call Mike Pascall on 07721 641080 anytime. Poole YC have a larger fleet of RS800s and 700s, International 14s and others, my apologies for not recognising them all as I was hanging on for dear life to the 49er in 4 knots of breeze at the time.
