Meet at club - destination decision 10.00 am sharp

(CAPITALS: Longer passages involved, Normal: Suitable for all boats,
Italics: Only suitable for smaller and shallow draft boats)

All members are invited to join as many events as possible.  Please watch the Notice Board for details of each event or contact the organiser. When appropriate, briefing meetings will be held by organisers well before a cruise. All members who have any possible interest are encouraged to attend

Although the Cruising Section welcome the exchange of ideas between members and encourage cruising in company to provide good fellowship and fun, and to assist members wishing to expand their sailing horizons; it is however, the responsibility of each skipper to review: weather forecasts, tides, type of passage being undertaken, hazards en route, the experience of the crew and the capability of the vessel before setting off and to be satisfied that as far as possible a safe passage can be undertaken.
