My name is Roger Brankin and have recently moved to the Poole/Bournemouth area. Having previously sailed regularly I am looking forward to getting back on the water, albeit after a break of 9 years, by participating in PYRA events. I hold RYA Yachtmaster Theory and Coastal Skipper Certificates, also VHF/DSC licences and have logged 20K sea miles, predominently off-shore, (JOG/RORC Channel races, Fastnets, Biscay and Atlantic passages. I am 59 and keep fit by running, cycling and walking and am one of those lucky people who are not susceptible to seasickness. Being more or less retired I can be available for many events, also mid-week cruising passages. I can be contacted on Mob 07944434017, or email rogoff@hotmail.co.uk .

My name is Shani Randall, I am 40
years old and I have had over 15 years experience helming boats around the south
coast, mainly power (21ft – up to a 42ft).
Unusually for a girl, I am a
qualified skipper and hold my level 1, 2, advanced power boat tickets together
with day skipper theory, VHF DSC, sea survival and first aid
qualifications.
Unfortunately, I no longer have my
power boat, however, I would dearly love to get back on to the water again, I
have has some experience of dinghy sailing and racing windsurfs in my youth and
have crewed on a Bavaria 42
before.
I am a quick learner and very
confident around boats, I would love to learn the thrill and spill of racing,
and join a like minded group of people who equally adore the water and the
social side that the boating community have to
offer.
I am based in Bournemouth and available for crew at weekends and
evening, I can be reached on 0781 799 7562 or shani.randall@rocketmail.com.
I look forward to hopefully
hearing back from you in due coarse.
Kind regards
Shani

I'd like to put my name forward as crew for cruiser racing either in the
harbour or Poole Bay. I've done some race crewing before but I'm relatively
inexperienced, although this summer [2010] I've had the opportunity to do some non-race
crewing which has boosted my confidence and general know-how. It would be great
to crew on a yacht where the crew and skipper were happy to pass on their skills
and enjoy the racing without taking the competitive side of things too
seriously! I'm 34 years old and fairly fit and active.
I'd love to get a regular crew spot if possible to build up my skills and
experience. My mobile number is 07926 749715 and my email sally.revell@gmail.com

I have recently moved to bournemouth and am looking to get involved in some
racing. I have been a member of BMYC (Brighton Marina) for the last 5 seasons
and have raced on various yachts, including last season on a 1/4 tonner and the
one before on a bavaria match. I have my day skipper qual but not sure how
relevant that is for racing! Am competent in most roles (but have limited
experience at helm and on foredeck), mostly last year I was a gennie trimmer. I
mainly have done club racing, but also have done some regattas and round the
island a few times.
Please could you let me know if anyone needs crew? -
I am available most weekends and monday evenings and would love to find a
regular boat to crew on but happy to fill in where needed until that
happens.
My mobile is 07767 356832 or I can be contacted on mainzoe@hotmail.co.uk
Many thanks
Zoe

I’m
keen to do some racing or passages and get involved with Poole Harbour
sailing.
I’ve sailed all my life with varying levels of intensity. I’m firstly a
cruising
yachtsman and owned a Sigma 33 25 years ago and have done charters since
and
took my Yachtmaster last year. I’ve done occasional yacht racing; a
little on
Sigmas, a couple of Sunsail corporate regattas and flotilla races. I
also had a
Hobie Cat at Rockley and have sailed a variety of other dinghies, mainly
lasers
and dabbled in asymmetrics (only in warm water!).
Kind
regards

I am just completing my RYA Day skipper theory course, in advance of my Practical I am looking for experience as part of a crew.
I have very limited direct practical experience, but at 28, I am fit, healthy and eager. Always had power boats as a child. I can turn my hand to anything quickly, very professional by nature and do well under pressure. Would be available weekends primarily and some evenings.
Look forward to hearing from you

I have just moved
from the North of Scotland to Bornemouth and I am looking to get involved in
yacht cruising/racing. I used sail Enterprises before graduating to a 25 foot
cruiser. This was all done around the West Coast and Isles of Scotland in the
late 1970s/early 1980s. I am just about to take a Day Skipper course and on
completion would welcome any opportunity to crew on a yacht. Please give me a
call if you can offer any crewing opportunity.

"I crewed last year on cruisers and dinghy's from
mid season onwards. I am now fully settled in Poole after retiring last summer
and would like to crew regularly this season. I have sailed on different classes
of yachts and have undertaken RORC races in the past. I am reasonably fit,
adaptable and easy going and I like to think reliable.
My conatct details are Tel. Home 01202 759668 Mob.

In 2008 I crewed in cruiser races in the harbour and am looking to gain
additional experience. I'm fairly new to sailing and have just qualified as a
Day Skipper.
