Description:	Less than 5 min walk to the Club, conveniently situated at the bottom of Pearce Ave. Parking on drive and off road opposite. We have 3 rooms available - accommodating up to 6 people; all our rooms are en-suite. Two double rooms - one with a double bed, the other with twin beds; the third room has small twins which can also be made up as a double. Description:	Very quiet residential area. Great views of the Yacht Club, Harbour, Brownsea Island and the Purbecks. An easy walk to the club, mostly by the water. Even quicker by bike. We enjoy the company of fellow sailors. One twin/double with ensuite bathroom, and separate private wc. One twin/double with private bathroom. Use of the large second floor lounge with TV and magnificent views. Breakfast is the works – fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toast, full English etc. Tea and coffee facilities. Bike and kit storage.
